Sister Wah has been an all-time favourite eatery for the locals, offering the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup at its best. The long line of people waiting outside the restaurant shows how popular it is, also how much effort and attention they put into making each meal. Every day at 8 am, they begin preparing and cooking 150kg of pure, fresh beef, using up to 10 spices to create a well-balanced broth – there's a reason Sister Wah is famous.

Their signature dish, the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup (清湯牛腩粉), features a large serving size, brimming with noodles of your choice. These are steeped in a clear yet flavorful broth and generously topped with tender beef brisket. Diverging from the conventional, heavily seasoned preparation, Sister Wah's beef brisket shines with the natural richness of the meat, devoid of any thick sauce layer. The meat's surface, marked with delicate cuts, allows for enhanced absorption of the savory broth, resulting in a tender and easily chewable texture. Nobody blames you if you don’t share your bowl. 

Their honeycomb tripe (牛肚) - the first stomach of a cow, is also another must-try for the foodies who prefer chewiness in their meal. You could pair it up with “Lo Mein” (撈麵) – stirred noodles that are fully soaked in the beef brisket broth, and spice it up with the chilli sauce for extra flavours!
