The Terms and Conditions on Deletion of Account ("these Terms") governs deletion of your account and related matters.

After you submit an application for account deletion, we start the account deletion process after your confirmation. This process cannot be withdrawn or revoked.

    Send us an e-mail at info@hongkongfreetours.com with your account detail and reason for the account deletion.   
    - Check   
    We will check if there is any outstanding complaint associate to your account in accordance to the Terms of Use.   
    b. In the event that your account is listed in complaints reported by third parties, is investigated by government agencies, is involved in a litigation or arbitration procedure, or fails to meet the Terms of Use conditions, we reserve the right to terminate the account deletion process without your consent before the deletion procedure is formally completed.
  2. Legal Consequences of Account Deletion   
    a. Your account deletion procedure will start after you confirm that you accept these Terms.   
    b. When the account deletion procedure is completed, all your information submitted to us will be deleted. You will not be able to use this account to log in to the Things to do in HK website, app, etc.   
    c. At the end of the day on which your account is deleted, Things to do in HK have provided services in accordance to the Terms of Use, without breaching any terms.   
    d. We will delete your data and immediately stop collecting, storing, and using your personal information and other data, except as otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations or industry standards.    
    e. The account cannot be recovered once it is deleted. Please back up all account-related business information and data before you delete your account.
